DeFi Platform

Coruls will also develop a p2p lending and borrowing platform for merchants to get loans easily at low-interest rates without a third-party intermediary. The interest rates, tenure and other terms of a loan are negotiable between the lender and borrower and there is no third party in-between. Once the lender and borrower come to mutually acceptable terms, the borrower’s collateral is put into the smart contract and the lender lends the money to the borrower. After that everything is managed through a smart contract, from repayment of the loan amount with interest to release of collateral.

If the value of the collateral falls below 85% of its value at the time of lending then the borrower is asked to add more collateral or selfliquidation of collateral occurs in which all the collateral is sold to liquidity makers to repay the loan amount of lender to as much extent as possible. Here, CORL token can be used as collateral along with BTC, ETH and USDT. This will greatly boost the value of CORL token in the market because by being used as a collateral, CORL token becomes an asset. This is one of the crucial utility of CORL token.

Coruls Wallet and Staking
